PAYMENT terms

When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

You can pay with

· Viza/mastercard/American Express

midimodi.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with Bank of Georgia. Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through BOG Payment gateway to your bank.

· Bank transfer

You can pay with Bank transfer too. When we receive money we'll immediately send you the parcel.

Delivery

We have not shipping service in some countries, if you did not find your country on the checkout page, please notify us, we try dispatching the carpet to the specified country.

We have shipping service to all over the world. Delivery is made by our partner companies.

· Georgian post

Georgian Post is a Georgian courier delivery services company. The Georgian Post represents a leading national postal operator that is mainly involved in providing the consumers with the universal postal services. We offer fast service of Georgian post: EMS (7-10 days home delivery service)

· TNT-FedEx – 8-14 days delivery at your doorstep ( Total weight of products should be above 5 kg)

· Aramex (3-5 days home delivery service) only in Arab countries.

Aramex has rapidly grown into a global brand, recognized for its customized services and innovative products. Listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and based in the UAE.

In some countries we have not all the shipping methods specified above. shipping charge depends on country and product price..

return

As a private person you have 7-day-money back guarantee. You can request to return the carpet within 7 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. The customer pays for return shipping.

Before sending back a carpet you should first contact us on email: info@midimodi.com

When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited.

Product condition

All the carpets are handmade, therefore they may have some imperfections.

Old Carpets may have a little changed colors that are shown in the pictures too. If you wish, we will take other pictures from every angle or take a video of the product. Please notify us via E-mail – info@midimodi.com about your demand.

All of our rugs are professionally washed and are individually inspected before leaving our warehouse.

We try our best to display the most accurate images. There might be a slight variation in color between the actual product and your screen due to the difference in computer monitors.
