Further information:

A special group of carpets knotted by the Baloch people of Northeast Iran, in the Khorasan and Sistan region of Iran, is known as the Baloch carpet.

In addition to the Balochi, many other tribes of Khorasan also weave carpets that look similar to Balochi carpets and are included in this carpet.

With its classic red, dark brown, and unique tribal motifs, the Balochi handwoven carpet is beautiful wherever it is placed.

These carpets are woven by the Baloch people of Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. For this reason, they wear a combination of three different cultures in their designs. These rugs are known for being small compared to Sajjad rugs. They are often woven coarsely. They have a soft wool mass and prominent geometric patterns.

Balochi rugs are traditionally made from sheep and goat wool obtained from these tribes' own herds. Modern Baloch carpets have cotton threads. Baluch carpet is simple and resistant like all nomadic carpets. These nomadic rugs are also named after the cities where they are sold.
