A very rare example of a 49-year-old Georgian kilim with a Caucasian design and special patterns for this design.
This kilim was woven 49 years ago as a wedding gift by a Georgian family and was installed and used on the wall all the time. This is why it looks like new carpets and is in excellent condition due to not being used on the floor
This kilim is 49 years old and all of it is woven with wool. The wool used to weave the kilim is produced by hand.

The carpet is woven in western Iran. Yarns are coloured with natural dye. Hamadan carpets dates back to about seven hundred years BC and was traditionally called Hekmataneh. The rug is made of wool, warp is cotton.
