Kilim - A type of carpet that is made of horizontal and vertical yarns. It is without lint or hair. Also, the knot is not as tight as in the usual carpet. This kilim is among the first man-made carpet textiles and dates back to 3000 BC.
The best Iranian kilims are currently woven in Sirjan.
